The cancellation policy and resulting fee are as follows.
On the day: 100% of the fee
The day before: 80% of the fee
Within 1 week: 50% of the fee
More than 7 days notice: No fee
No shows will be charged in full
*If you will arrive after 17:00, please contact us in advance.
If you do not let us know if late arrival in advance, it may not be possible to admit you to the property.
Cancellation due to inclement weather
We place the highest priority on your safety, in the case of extreme weather conditions, we may decide to close the farm. In this case, guests will be informed the day before. In such a case, no cancellation fee will be charged.
*for guest cancellation or no show due to rain or weather deemed safe for guests by Haga Farm & Glamping, a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the above rules.
Changes to meals/ Food requests
We accept changes to meals up to 3 days in advance.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is from 14:00 to 21:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
* Please contact us in advance if you wish to check-in after 17:00.
* Please let us know if you would like to check-out early in the morning.
Payment is required at check-out and is by cash or credit card at the clubhouse front desk.
Requests to customers regarding measures to prevent infection of the Coronavirus
We carry out temperature screening on the entry of all guests. If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, you will not be allowed to enter the facility, in accordance with the instructions of the health center. When on the property, we kindly ask you to please cooperate in wearing a mask and disinfecting your hands upon arrival. If you feel unwell due to fever, cough, etc. during your stay, please let the staff know, we will introduce you to a local medical institution. Please cooperate in maintaining social distance while on the property Alcohol sanitizers are installed in various places, so please cooperate in using them often during your stay, such as before meals etc.
