Fees for last minute cancellations are as follows.

4 - 7 days in advance:  30% of daily rate

1 – 3 days in advance:  50% of daily rate

​No shows and same-day cancellations will be charged in full

* Please note that shuttle service from the parking lot to Haga Farm is available until 17:00 daily.  Please contact us in advance if you plan to arrive after this time.

Closure due to inclement weather

We place the highest priority on your safety and we may decide to close the farm in the event of extreme weather conditions.   In this case, guests will be informed the day before or as soon as possible.

Dietary restrictions & food allergies

Please contact us at least 3 days in advance to inform us of any special menu considerations, food restrictions, or allergies.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is from 14:00 to 21:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

* Please contact us in advance if you wish to check-in after 17:00.

* Please let us know if you would like to check-out prior to 8:00am.

Payment of cash or credit card is required at check-out.

Notice to guests in regards to measures taken to prevent the infection of Coronavirus

We carry out temperature screening upon arrival of all guests.  In accordance with the instructions of the health center, if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher you will not be allowed to enter the facility.  While on property, we kindly ask you to please cooperate in wearing a mask in all public spaces where others are gathered and disinfecting your hands.  If you feel unwell due to fever, cough, etc. at any time during your stay, please let our staff know and we will introduce you to a local medical institution.  Please cooperate in maintaining social distance while on the property.  Alcohol sanitizers are installed at various locations and we ask our guests to use them often such as before meals etc.
